1. Attendance to all practices not required. For your convenience & flexibility.

• New to Wrestling?! Dont be intimidated. We include made for you courses to help including: Welcome to Ironclad Fam, Wrestling 101, Bottom Defense (How to stop from getting pinned), Core Skills (to work on at home)

1. Eligible for out of state competition

***This membership is designed for the competitive multi sport athlete that is looking to excel in terms of development and/or competitive success, yet only wrestles seasonally***

Additional Needs:

1. AAU Wrestling card 
1. ($15 for Insurance purposes. We will provide links)
2. Pair of wrestling shoes
